Refunds and cancellations

Coaching and mentor coaching

There are no refunds for coaching or mentor coaching after the service has been rendered. If you invest in a coaching or mentor coaching package and wish to cancel before you have used all of the sessions in the package, contact me to arrange a partial refund for the unused services. A $100 administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Programs, workshops, and classes

If you withdraw from a program, workshop, or class more than 15 days before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw within 15 days of the beginning of the program, workshop, or class, you will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds after a program, workshop, or class has begun.

Publications and other products

If you invest in a publication or other product and are not satisfied, simply request a refund. No need to return the item(s); I hope you will pass them on to someone who may find them useful.
