PRSA Learns About Managing Change From Kitsap Business Coach

Molly Gordon, a business coach based in Suquamish with an international coaching practice, addressed the south end group of the Puget Sound chapter of the Public Relations Society of America on "The Coach Approach, The ins, outs and abouts of change" on January 15th in Tacoma. Gordon discussed business coaching and how it applies to interactions with our bosses, peers, clients, and others in the everyday work world with an emphasis on how coaching skills can improve organizational effectiveness.

Gordon is a Master Certified Coach, writer, and workshop leader. She is the creator of Authentic Promotion®, a marketing program that reconciles conflicts between doing good business and good work. Her clients range from sole proprietors to NASA.
