Learning how to learn is a matter of style

Some of the most valuable learning I’ve ever experienced has come about through studying with my friend and colleague, Charlie Badenhop. Charlie teaches Embodied Intelligence or Seishindo in Japan, Europe, and on the east coast of the US. I found his work so valuable, from September through May, 2001, I flew back to New York City every two months to participate in his trainings.
Charlie has also become a terrific writer. His latest newsletter is about learning styles, but it’s really so much richer than that. Charlie tells about how learning what kind of teaching style will help him learn Japanese has deepened his relationship with his young daughter.
