I don’t know about you, but I can be very critical of other people until I sit down to do The Work. Then, it seems, my inner critic takes over. Perhaps it’s that I still associate The Work with some form of self imnmprovement. Please God, say it ain’t so.
Anyway, turning our judgments outward can be a challenge. Mona Grayson, an expert facilitator of The Work who specializes in doing The Work© on body and relationship issues, has given lots of thought to this, and, fortunately for us, she has written some of them down in her blog.
